• Clean and dry your skin before application. Avoid lotions, oils, or creams
• Gently remove the protective film from the adhesive.
• Place the cup on your bust and lift the silicone strap upward to achieve your desired lift.
• Press lightly to secure the cups in place.
• To remove, peel off slowly from top to bottom. Once removed, gently wash with mild soap and cold water. Let air dry and reapply the protective film over the adhesive for storage.
