Welcome to the Wonderbum online store (Site). Please review the following basic terms that govern the use of and purchase of products on our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms (the "Agreement").

The terms governing your use of our Site may change from time to time. Your use of our Site following any changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move, delete portions of, or add to, our Site from time to time.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Most Wonderbum store items displayed on the Site are available at select stores in Mexico and select stores in foreign markets, while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise shown for sale on the Site may not be available in stores. Prices shown on the Site are quoted in Mexican Pesos and are valid and effective only in Mexico. Prices may vary in stores and are subject to change.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without obligation or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cancel the availability of any or all products, or cancel any order.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor will be identical to the actual color.
SIZES/MEASUREMENTS
We have added a size chart (see below). Refer to the size chart to help you determine your size when ordering from Wonderbum.com. If you are undecided or need assistance choosing the right size, please contact Customer Service by email.

INDEMNIFICATION

Wonderbum reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to this indemnification by you, in the event that you agree to cooperate with Wonderbum in asserting any available defenses.

Unless otherwise specified and except as otherwise provided, Wonderbum products are offered for sale in Mexico through this Site. This Site and its contents are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting Wonderbum products and services available in Mexico. This Site is controlled and operated by Wonderbum from its office in Mexico. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of Mexico. If any provision of this Agreement, or any application thereof to any person, location, or circumstance, is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or unsupported, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
