Instructions:

1. Cut your adhesives according to the cup size you regularly wear.
2. Peel off the backing and stick the adhesive from the bottom to your breast, just above the nipple.
3. With the help of the adhesive, lift your breasts to the desired height and stick the top of the adhesive to your skin.
4. Repeat this process with your other breast.
