Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to Wonderbum commitment to customer safety and compliance with government health regulations, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted for any type of underwear and/or accessories.
We strongly recommend reviewing and confirming your selection, size, color, and style before completing your purchase, as well as carefully verifying your personal information and shipping address.
Hygiene Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of intimate apparel.
Exchanges for Defects or Quality Issues
For exchanges related to defects and/or quality issues, you have up to 15 calendar days from the date of product receipt to notify Wonderbum.com. Please contact us at servicioalcliente@wonderbum.com or call +52 55 4164 7868 for further assistance.
Exchange Process
Exchanges will be handled as follows:

Gift Card Exchanges: A Gift Card will be issued for the same value as the item being exchanged.

Exchanges for Items of Equal Value: Applicable when the originally purchased product is no longer in stock.

Exchanges for Higher-Value Items: The customer will be charged the difference between the new higher-value product and the originally purchased item. You will receive an email with the bank account details required to complete the payment via deposit or electronic transfer.
No Cash Refunds
Under no circumstances will cash refunds be issued.
Return Conditions
For eligible exchanges or returns, products must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached. All returned merchandise will undergo an inspection process.
If the return does not meet these requirements, the item will be sent back to the customer, and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
All exchanges are subject to online availability. For all cases, the response time is 2 to 3 business days from the date the exchange request is submitted.
All products returned due to defects and/or quality issues will undergo an internal inspection. If approved, the exchange or credit will be processed. If not approved, the customer will be notified via email.
Shipping Errors
If Wonderbum.com shipped your order incorrectly, please contact us at servicioalcliente@wonderbum.com.
In such cases, all return shipping costs will be fully covered by Wonderbum.
